Adam Kingston is a retired FBI agent. After losing his wife to cancer about twelve years ago, Adam was in an accident which should have taken his life. Instead it gave him the psychic ability called remote viewing. This ability helps Adam as he, Brenda McCort and Stuart Wilson strive to solve a sixteen-year-old murder. The trouble with remote viewing is that the psychic gets only jagged pieces of the puzzle and never the whole picture. As a result, Mr. Staggs included several surprises that even the reader isn’t expecting.

Earl Staggs lives and writes in Fort Worth, Texas.  He is Editorial Consultant for Futures Mystery Anthology Magazine and served terms as President and Vice President of the  Short Mystery Fiction Society.
His short stories have appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies, and he is a Derringer Award Winner for Best Short Mystery Story 2002.  His mystery novel MEMORY OF A MURDER is available from Amazon.com and bookstores.

I enjoyed Memory of a Murder. It’s a fast read, description and action appropriately balanced. A touch of humor sprinkled throughout the story lightens the otherwise stark reality of murder and hate. Mr. Staggs did a great job and I’m looking forward to reading his next book.
